Had a recall repair and front brakes done on my Jeep and both visits were great. Both repairs took less time than expected and the price on my brakes were cheaper than other places. Robert in service helped me with both services and was friendly and informative about everything. I'd definitely recommend!

Had a check engine light come on, stopped in to have it checked, they said I had to set up appointment, which I did, they said bring it in at 7am and they'd check it, but it would be a couple hours before they'd get to it, they said they'd call me on what they find out. Went home and waited, and waited, 1145am I called them, they told me the Tech who had it was out to lunch and as soon as he gets back they'd call me, 1230pm they called and said he just got it in and they'd said as soon as he finds out what it is, SO AGAIN I sat at home waiting,and waited and waited, SO here it is 4pm and I still haven't heard from them, So AGAIN, I had to call them, theyput me on hold to check with the Tech, then told me the code was a evaporator coil leal, and said they checked it and couldn't any leaks, cleared the code and to keep an eye on it and see if it come up again and was charged $100 for labor that warranty doesn't cover. My COMPLAINT is from 7am to 4pm(which is 8 hrs) they had my truck(which is my only transportation), 4hrs before even looking at it, and another 4hrs before finding anything out, in which I had to call them everything. ALL FOR A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, hate to think what it would be like if I had a bigger issue, they'd probably have my truck for the whole year. Not sure if anything so wrong again, if I'd take it back to them.
