From the very first phone call to order the service, my conversation with Madeline not only gave me the peace of mind I needed, but also frankly left me almost tearing from laughter with the pleasant side conversations we had. It sincerely helped me de-stress from the situation. The quality service continued when Nick came to perform the first inspection/treatment. Nick was professional, kind and very thorough with his inspection. Throughout the process he kept providing useful background knowledge and helpful tips for the future. Mike came by to assess everything and was exceedingly honest and helpful about no evidence of infestation and what we can do to take preventive measures. He didn't charge us for this as we expected either, so I appreciate how they don't nickel and dime you. They got a repeat/future customer out of me for their honesty and level of helpfulness.
