Eco Pest Control Brisbane

Although I wanted to leave this review the same day of our service, I purposely waited a few weeks just to be sure. It's been 3 weeks, to the day, since we had our entire home & property treated by Eco Pest Control and I am beyond pleased to say that it's been not only VERY successful but also a wonderful experience! The technician, Chris, was extremely thorough and professional - he was accommodating to all our specific requests. All of the customer service staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with, from the initial booking, to the days leading up to, and even after the appointment - where they made contact to check on our satisfaction with the appointment and technician. We specifically chose this company not only because it's a more eco friendly option, but primarily because of the fact we have indoor pets and wanted to assure the safety of our beloved animals. The customer service lady was so helpful in providing information & reassurance, as well as giving us detailed tips and precautions on how to prepare for the day of our appointment; to make sure all the animals (and humans) were safe and to ensure the efficiency of the treatment - so we could reap the full benefits/protection. I just want to also note that as someone with quite chronic allergies I had no reaction to the product nor was there any odour. We feel very reassured by the 12 month warranty provided along with our experience so far with this company. HIGHLY recommend, Absolutely works!

Definitely not professional. I am not happy with their chemicals. It is a new business so I hope they learn from this and treat their future clients better.

From the moment I first contacted Eco Pest Control, to the treatment and through to the post treatment service - I have been thoroughly impressed!! Megan has been a dream to work with and her response to queries and concerns were handled quickly and efficiently. Chris - who applied the treatment - was an amazing worker and if the treatment they use works as good and as hard as Chris does - then we are onto a winner!!
I highly recommend that you give Eco Pest a go - you won't be disappointed!

Eco pest control were great - easy online booking then Brad arrives on time and he is a wonderful guy! Brad explained the processes involved etc etc - Brad was so professional, friendly & helpful so how much More can you ask for - Except Does the treatment work -I found two dead cockies the next morning (one inside & one outside) - very happy!

You can't go wrong by choosing them for your pest control needs. Excellent service from a local business that stands behind their work. Do yourself a favor and and save the headaches.

They have consistently treated our home such that we've never experienced a termite, ant, or other insect issue of any kind. We couldn't be more satisfied nor more confident in our Eco Pest Control team of professionals.
