Brought my 2006 to their shop on Monday for diagnostic for rear tail gate not working and humming under car which I already knew was transfer case jus wanted confirmation had my car until Friday for a simple diagnostic they had a different reason everyday why they haven't put it on the rack I called informing them I was coming to get my car was when I received call back informing me that the diagnostic was done on the humming and not on the
Electrical..I WAS TOLD BY THIER OWNER THAT THEY DID NOT DO ELECTRICAL WORK OR DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATIONS .WHICH WAS MY MAIN REASON FOR TALKING CAR THIER??I FEEL LIKE THEY DIDNT Want to be bothered with my vehicle or my money is not good I know that have Star or Das to look at modules in car ..what mechanic shop doesn't have computer diagnostic equipment told that they only do mechnicL work ..wish I would have known that before hand car would not have been rhier..still was charged a $100 for something I already knew ..I told them ..smgdh..I won't say their work not good but their customer service appreciatation is trash!.. no stars from me!

The shop is absolutely amazing and professional and truly competitively priced. I brought my 335i in with a very strange error code relating to the fuel system and it only did they troubleshoot the code but they were able to resolve it and get it back to me within the week. They also did an oil change and my car drives like new money now. I'm very happy to have found a shop that can actually handle European Cars that is local.

I have a 2006 bmw 525i I've been bringing here I've had my transmission replaced spark plugs changed new coils all thanks to Edward he knows what he's doing and what to recommend, also the excellent customer service provided by Nick, very professional I really recommend this shop to anyone , especially if you need something done right for a good price!

I was extremely satisfied, not only with the repair, but their excellent communication and coordination. On the way to get my car serviced for a suspension problem, I hit a trailer hitch lying on the freeway which destroyed my front tire and also cracked the rim. They coordinated the rim repair and tire replacement with the Rim store across the street (lucky for me they also repaired rims). Everything was finished in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them.

Very dependable work fair prices and very good customer service I recommend it to anyone with foreign BMW or Mercedes are mini Cooper to look them up thanks for your service

I have a E320 wagon with hydraulic suspension , after searching around for weeks and even taking it to 2 other shops for a diagnosis I ended up at EBB just by chance, and man and I happy that I found them . Not only did they replace my rear struts at a price much lower than I was quoted elsewhere they also provided great customer service . Everyone is very friendly and personable and although it was my 1st time there I felt like I've known them for years. The shop is clean and comfortable and if you need to wait for your vehicle you can do so with no worries . I HIGHLY recommend EBB , this is where i'm taking my car from now on and telling all of my BMW and MBZ driving friends to take their cars .
