Reading all these bad reviews has finally put me off easyDNA.
Sounds like a proper scam as I have been trying to ring and email them all week with no answer or reply.
Have also read many of the same bad reviews at Genetrack but found DNADiagnostics is legit, costs more but at least they answer the damn phone and you can actually go to their clinic.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. scamming pregnant woman. None of their contact phone numbers work. They don't reply. I asked for a refund due to their disgustingly long wait times and was told yes and then sorry no. Absolute scam artists. No refund policy on the NZ website. Now im opening a dispute with my bank because I've definitely been scammed. Disgusting scamming pregnant vulnerable woman.

Customer service don't care, not professional for a medical based company needing communication improvement.

Very very bad experience... No respond on phone call... Haven't got any reply from email for long... They just keep saying we haven't got samples... Waste of money n time...

They don’t even deserve a 1 star. Biggest waste of money and time. We ordered in July and it is now the end of august and still have not spoken to a single person over the phone, they rarely reply to emails and their live chat is not even live. I waited for then 12mins with no reply from their chat. When they finally replied through email they said they only just received the samples after 3 weeks when our courier clearly stated that the parcel was received by them merely 12hours after we sent it. Then they said they have to send them to Australia and we would get our results in a certain time. It is now way past that time and no contact from this company. Don’t waste your money and take it somewhere else.

Just sent my sample to them and according to THEIR terms and conditions my order was older than 3 months so I need to pay extra $85 to them asap.

This company is soooooo bad, we have paid the full testing fee to find out the eligible farther of the child, and send our blood simple to Australia. The sample had been delayed and cant be used, and then they asked us to provide the sample again and again. We said we dont want to do the test anymore, asking for the refund, and they told us they cant as part of the term and conditions. This company is cheating and just get free money from people!!!!

I have just done two child paternity test, followed instructions carefully but apparently both test were contaminated with bacteria,Easydna has ask me to pay them for two new test , I would not recommend Easydna as I find it hard to believe both childrens test were contaminated, I have used genetrack in the past and had no issues.

Hi DC Electrical, failing to generate a DNA profile due to insufficient DNA or a contaminated sample, will incur then a re-testing fee & will be applied per each standard oral swab re-submitted. Please check the terms and conditions and also refer to our FAQs for questions around taking the sample collection.
