I received very fast delivery right to my door! And quick results after sending the swabs back to the lab. I'd like to thank the customer service team (Stephanie and Sara) for assisting me when I had urgent questions. I'm very happy I have these results and the descriptions of the DNA tested. Definitely will recommend to friends and family!

Do not buy the prenatal paternity test. They just ship it off to DDC and they lie about how long samples get to lab. This is very serious with something that is very time sensitive.

If the owner responds - no you will not find my name in your database as im obviously not using my name for discretionary purposes.

Dear client, we are sorry to hear that our service did not meet your expectations. However any delays in shipping of the samples are not something our company has control over. No company does especially in these times of Covid. We understand that the prenatal paternity test is a very sensitive test and we are pleased to note that we have had many satisfied clients who performed the test. We cannot comment any further on your case since you decided to withhold your identity. However, we can only re-iterate is that issues with transport and shipping are outside of our direct control.

Easy DNA was quick & painless. I ordered the home kit & it was at my door the next morning. The test was easy, very straight forward. After sending the samples back I had my results in 3 days. Highly recommend.

Package received quickly. Instructions were easy to follow. Email confirmation they received my samples with an expected date for results. Results were early and easy to read.

I couldn't be more impressed with Easy DNA. The test Kit was delivered very quickly overnight. I called Easy DNA with a couple of questions and spoke to a very friendly and knowledge staff member who provided answers without putting me on hold to find the information requested. Once the sample were collected and return to Easy DNA the results were delivered well within the time frame indicated.. Well done.. Excellent company to deal with. I would highly recommend Easy DNA to anyone looking for genetic testing.. Thanks again.
