Easy Moving Company

They were the worst moving company I have ever used. Almost all of my furniture was damaged from the move with scratches, dings, and marks on them. My white couch has black marks on it. They hit my bedframe against the wall creating a 6" black mark on the wall and dinged it IN MY SIGHT when they were setting it up!! The two movers were very unprofessional. It took them SIX hours to move my one bedroom apartment. I don't have that much stuff. One of the movers was going to drag my mattress down the dirty cement hallway to the truck until I gave him some plastic to put under it. I took pictures & filed a claim. It was denied w/out them ever looking at the pics saying the damage wasn't done during the move or by their movers based on their investigation. What investigation? They never even looked at the pics. Was it the moving fairy? My furniture came into my new apartment with dings and it’s not their fault? I will NEVER use this company again and hope everyone thinks twice about this company. Even when trying to settle my claim (which I am taking further to the Tx Complaint Dept) they only wanted to correspond via email and were very abrupt & rude in their emails. There is a reason they are cheaper...their service is 2nd class.
