Yea I got hussled and hastled into this review. Literally took my phone and typed the original themselves. Sham. 100% . Bought my car- broke it- charged me more on a loan or offered to cancel the contract after the fact. Hoping it's been long enough that they don't remember me and can't retaliate.

I was timid about the sales buying process but "dealing with a salesman" however Timothy was very polite and had excellent conversation and made time go quickly i didnt purchase a vehicle but in 3 months i will be back to see Mr.El-Shabazz 100%

My experience was amazing at Eastern in Millersville Everyone was polite and on point. I worked with Tim who was not only very helpful but made buying a car such a easy process. I can't wait to go back to work with Tim and the team again at Eastern.I would recommend this location to anyone and I would recommend Tim and his knowledge and services to anyone. I worked with Tim. Shabazz... although I didn't get purchase from here in the end I had a good experience and I felt comfortable throughout the process. The finance team worked with me and my salesman Tim was a Kool dude and I laughed a couple times too lol...all in all decent experience
