I knew exactly the vehicle that I wanted when I went to the Sterling location. I was greeted immediately when I arrived by James, who made the entire process easy from start to finish. Tu made the finance process easy and was able to get the interest rate and payments exactly where I wanted them. They provided me a loaner vehicle while I was awaiting delivery, and even drove all the way out to my house over 2 hours away to deliver it. Overall I was very happy with my experience and between James in sales, and Tu in finance, the process was super simple and painless, and I love my new to me silverado. They also made sure that the vehicle was serviced and detailed before delivering it. Super happy and I would 100% recommend easterns if you are looking to buy a vehicle

I would definitely recommend coming here. The process was very smooth and James kept us at ease the entire time. Even with some obstacles in the way we were able to drive off the lot with a car we were very happy with.

They literally begged me to drive 2 hrs to this location. They promised the car I wanted to be there, they would accept my trade in, and my down payment! When I finally arrived it was a different inexperienced salesman, the car I wanted was not there, they ran my credit (3 times) they lowered my credit score 70 points! I worked HARD TO GET IN THE 600 CLUB! Then the manager had the nerve and play with me in my face (give me a truck) I asked for a CAR to try to seal the cruddy deal. I denied and drove back home! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! They are pimping people for sales!

Please do not buy from these people its all a scam. They lie to get you yo trust them and after that it's down hill. I bought a car less than a month and after I was promised it went through multi check point service the vehicle wasn't even cleaned I had to pay almost $400 to get it detailed . Tu the GM promised he would reimburse me he assured me and gave me his his personal cell phone number not knowing that would be the last time hearing from him . Craig another so called manager claimed that they can't reimburse me after the GM say he would . Not only that after driving the vehicle for a little over a week I get to find that the power steering ppwas bad I called them again TU told us to take it to a shop to get it fixed and he would reimburse me again and again after that I never hear from them I have been calling everyone from the sales person straight up and no answer please people don't make the sameistake I did I bought the vehicle for 30k and less that a week I spend almost 2k on it and no refund all they are saying it's not under warranty.

I was looking for a Chevy Suburban! Easterns had the Best price I can find anywhere!! 2016 all white my man Jeff was Extra cool and made sure everything worked out I appreciate that I had a GReAT experience

I worked with Brianna who is the consumer professional. She and her team were courteous, no-pressure, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable and attentive.
