I would of rather had gave no stars but unfortunately I wasn't able to. This place lied to me on July 1st 2024, when I went to them as a single female to purchase a car from these crooks. Not only did they sell me a lemon but they also robbed me of almost $3,000 by telling me the taxes was $1,001 but the license and title was $2,498, the car online was $12,698. They withheld my paper work and kept saying that they lost it and that they would email or mail it and then by the time I got the paper work back they had already falsified the documents and put that I agreed to pay over 14 thousand dollars for it which is the Kelly blue book price. When I finally seen what they did on the paper work I almost choked the license and title said $230.00 and to make matters worse they jeopardize me and my kids lives for a few dollars by selling me a messed up car that almost took the lives of me and my kids on the I 95. Please I'm begging whom ever reads this review buyer be ware do not buy any car from this dealership, they are so greedy for sells and money that they're not stopping to think that they could kill people and I seriously wouldn't be surprised if they didn't already. Families if you had family members that died in a crash and they brought their car from this place you should really look into it.

This was by far the most outrageous car buying experience I have ever had. DO NOT go here, their prices are outrageous. Frankie Cuko was horrendous. Rude, obnoxious and could legitimately care less about how he spoke to customers. The prices given were clearly unrealistic and an absolute rip off, yet when negotiating he told us he makes "no money off of people like us." His attitude was awful and I purchased a Grand Cherokee at Central Ave Jeep the next day for $273 per month cheaper. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Randall was courteous and knowledgeable, and appeared to care about what I wanted not what he wanted to sell me.

I had a great experience trading in my car at this Jeep dealership. Mr. Blair took the time to walk me through understanding the process of the trade in with leasing. They had a lot of different color options to choose from and I walked away very happy with my purchase. I’ll definitely come back when I’m ready to get my new lease!

They’ve had me come in 3 times telling me I’m eligible to trade in my lease, 2 times I came they told me it was too early because of the value of my car. The third time I came in they told me it was possible to trade in and have it appraised. The most he’ll offer is $22k on a car that’s valued at $43k and told me to accept an offer from a different dealer if I didn’t accept theirs. Never working with this location again.

I went there to get my car checked because a light came up. I just wanted to see what they would tell me. Came the surprise that they tell me what I ALREADY KNOW and that they will charge me 450$ for “diagnostics”. A diagnostic for an issue was I knew about. After that, they proceeded to tell me that my car had 11,000$ worth of maintenance that was needed. I was told to sell the car or get warranty and wait 30 days. I went to another mechanic and I was told that what they said was needed for “maintenance” is 1) not that much and 2) not as “urgent” as they explained it. I had others tell me not to go here because of this but I trusted them and they included the cost in the middle of the paperwork as we was talking. Would never recommend this and the back reviews you read here are TRUE.
