I had an excellent experience at East Carolina Chrysler Dodge. From start to finish, the team was incredibly helpful without being pushy, which I really appreciated. They even went the extra mile by bringing in a vehicle from their sister dealership just so I could see it in person. Even though I didn’t purchase that particular vehicle, they were happy to help. On top of that, they gave me a tremendous trade-in value for my car which helped close the deal on my new Jeep Wrangler.

A special shoutout to my salesman, Q! He was upbeat, helpful, and as nice as could be. Q made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt confident in my decision.

The finance department was also fantastic. They informed me of several great deals I could add to my final purchase, making sure I got the best value possible. On top of that, they even shared some great advice on how to get the most life out of my tires, which I really appreciated.

It was amazing! Big E was wonderful to work with and the vehicle is exactly what I wanted!

I love my purchase so far. It is a used vehicle that I have only been driving for three days, so I will have to see if there turns out to be any major issues, but only small problems so far. My salesperson (CJ) was very helpful and responsive while we worked out financing. I don’t love, however, that we cannot refuse an extra charge for wheel locks and nitrogen.
