Derek Felix and Marcus Davis were attentive and knowledgeable, without trying to upsell me on anything. I called about a specific car and received all the information I asked for. I traveled from out of town and arrived at the dealership late - they both stayed passed their posted closing time and remained patient and helpful until the deal was complete.

Excellent service. Dale was outstanding in working with us and spent a great deal of time going over all the amazing things the car does. We appreciate that he didn’t use high pressure tactics

Great service dept

Very disappointed in our experience trying to buy an XC40 for my mom today. To simplify part of the transaction would have been the understanding that my mom was going to receive $2000 back in the form of a check and we were under the impression that was going to work (see photo) however ultimately we found out that was NOT the case until after we ran my mom’s credit and got the approval. As a former salesman I understand this job can be tough at times but this is as an absurd mistake to make especially since the whole deal hinged on this fact. We will eventually be leasing a vehicle for my mom who in fact loved the Volvo but if we lease the Volvo it won’t be from Dyer and Dyer.

Consistently challenging to work with service department. Staff is ok, but their system creates confusion. For a basic tune up, plan for your car to be there the entire day. I can tell from my car’s app it takes 4-6 hours before they start to look at it.

I came in last week for my second service since purchasing my XC90. Thomas was thorough and kind and even washed my car himself since the other workers had gone home. 5 star service!
