The easiest car lease in my 25yr history of handling my own leases. Victor in financing was amazing. He took the time to understand my needs and ensured I would come home with another X90 for my family. Terron was awesome as well. Easy to work with. Came to the house to deliver the new SUV and took the time late in the day to show me some of the new features I wasn't familiar with.

Stopped by Dan Volvo to check out a couple of models. My sales associate was Mr. Rob Deraney. He was pretty awesome. He took his time is very knowledgeable. Make sure he answered all of our questions. I would recommend anybody to Mr. Deraney for the car needs.

My experience at this location was amazing! I literally got my car the week prior and had an accident on my way home. Waited on AAA to get to my car for 7 hours. Finally got towed to Dyer for them to hopefully help me the following morning. I arrived at 8:30 and the staff was so welcoming. Thomas, in particularly, took GREAT care of me as I was stranded in Atlanta and had a 10 hour trip ahead of me. He followed up and kept me informed every step of the way. I couldn’t have chosen a better location to take care of my Volvo. My vehicle was ready the following day and drove like a dream! Thomas, you are literally my saving grace and I hope that the universe blesses you with everything that you deserve!!!

Purchased my car from here & had a bunch of complications. Was nervous for coming in for my 30k maintenance. Took it in last Friday and now the service light is back on. Tried calling for a solution and the receptionist was rude and I’m still waiting for assistance. Called twice & Never got ahold of anyone. When I first purchased the car I mentioned the fob not working and now it doesn’t work at all. I hate having to deal with Dyer & Dyer

Shawn is amazing! I just bought my second Volvo from him. The customer service is what I like most about Dyer & Dyer. Everyone from the sales person (Shawn) to Jarred and Charles are friendly and genuinely want to help. I highly recommend Dyer & Dyer Volvo!

Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and the process was painless. Shawn was great to work with. I will definitely buy from them again and would recommend to them my friends. One of my friends has already purchased from there.

Update: Unfortunately I need to update 5 star review to 2. I'm now coming to the end of my lease and have been trying to get a hold of someone for help for weeks without a response. I even emailed the GM and he completely ignored me. Guess they don't need more business...oh well.

Original Review: An excellent experience from start to finish. I really didn’t believe they can make the deal I wanted happen. Clark, my salesman, exceeded my expectations and got me into my new Volvo for the price I wanted. I highly recommend Dyer Volvo and Clark in particular.
