I have been a customer of Dutchess Cars for over 30 years. Their sales person, Vinny Greco, has been helping us for many years and we always receive excellent service from him. The finance person, Frank Lombardo was extremely helpful explaining all the different options available to me. The service department, Scott is amazing! The women at the front desk provide excellent service as well. Sean Mulcahy and John Mulcahy have become like family and they always treat us like family. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Hi I bought my 2015 Dodge caravan from this dealer brand New nothing but problems what a Lemon, for 5 yrs since I own it , first day i picked it up it has a screw in the front tire, the Dutchess Dodge made me pay for a new tire vehicle did not even have 15 miles on it / salesman was very pushy, not honest. first I had to replace the tire, then the sliding doors did not shut right, then coils went on the motor.radiator went, had to replace radiator, some kind of oil unit went, then I had to have the transmission rebuild. driver window motor went bad, radio stop working,driver side front window motor went, this vehicle has been one trouble after another. and the vehicle only has 70k on it. Alternator and drive belt
went and cost me 1000 to fix it.. not good. very disappointed in Dodge and warranty is really bad for Dodge. can u imagine it would cost 70 + dollars just to check the transmission fluid not very good service. just being honest, I had a Ford before and I drove that 130k with out replacing and motor, transmission or radiator parts.. so why does Dodge fall apart after 40K miles.. Must have been a Lemon. and when it kept breaking down Dutchess Dodge said they could not help me unless I pay the hourly rate for fixing it.. what a disappointment the vehicle was.

We looked at the history of this vehicle and it looks like we've run reports on the vehicle, but it has been repaired somewhere else so we cannot give a detailed account on repairs. TERRIIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BROUGHT MY BRAND NEW 2021 DODGE DURANGO RT IN FOR RADIO AND U CONNECT PROBLEMS, THEY TOLD ME SOME GARBADGE THEY COULDNT FIX IT BRING IT TO THE DEALER YOU BOUGHT IT FROM I SAID ITS UNDER WARRANTY AND YOUR A CLOSER DODGE DEALER FOR ME THEY DIDNT CARE !!!!!!!THIS IS A HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!!!WHEN U BRING A CAR IN U FIX IT NOT INDIRECTLY SAY I DONT WANT TO GET INVOLVED WHY HAVE A WARRANTY!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY DESERVE NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!!!!!

It was definitely time for an upgrade; after months of searching for a car I spotted the one I own now on their website. My saleswoman Martha was very patient, informative, and pleasant to work with. she made feel very confident in going forward with the sale. This will definitely be a car I will have for a long time, I highly recommend this dealership.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership. This was my first time buying a car and I was really nervous about it. My salesman Joe was great! He was very friendly, honest, and made the experience really comfortable. Frank, the manager, was awesome. He was just as helpful and kind. Joe and Frank went out of their way to communicate and make this process SO SMOOTH. They explained every single thing that was happening. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I purchased a MOPAR plan for my Wrangler in December 2017 with $2,473.20, which indicating with tire coverage. I rarely bother you these years but just this week I wanted to know if the plan cover tire replacement, then I chatted online with your staff on Wednesday and Friday, and they sail the customer service will contact me SOON. Just wandering why it is taking so long to give me a feedback? ? Bad experience.

Over the years I have purchased a few vehicles from Dutchess Jeep. I was extremely happy with the process with each one and with the service dept over the years. Recently I moved out of state and due to a small paper work issue I had some warranty work that was not approved. I would like to personally thank Kevin R in the finance dept for taking the time to rectify and fix the glitch and get my issue solved. Although I don't live in NY anymore I will continue to recommend this dealership to my NY friends thanks to outstanding customer service like this.

I had a great experience with Dutchess Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Our salesmen Nick was super helpful, as well as extremely friendly and not pushy. Andrea was also a huge help with getting us in quickly for an appointment! You can tell this dealership actually cares about the customer rather than just another sale. Frank in the office was so kind and helpful, and communicated with me every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone!

I WISH I COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS. I BROUGHT MY DODGE CHARGER IN TO BE LOOKED AT. MY SERVICE ADVISOR WAS DYLAN. HANDS DOWN HE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. HE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR AND ODD AS THIS MAY SOUND. IT COST A PRETTY PENNY, BUT IT WAS SO WORTH IT. NOT ONLY BECAUSE NOW MY CAR IS FIXED. BUT THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT DYLAN SHOWED EVERY TIME I CALLED TO CHECK ON MY CAR WAS OUTSTANDING. EVERYONE WAS SO FRIENDLY AND THE ATMOSPHERE WAS AWESOME. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH DYLAN FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND THANK YOU DUTCHESS CHRYSTLER DODGE JEEP AND RAM FOR THE 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION!!
