Durango Hotels by IHG

I canceled my reservation here because they don't have free breakfast, but I checked this place out and its better than where I stayed. And Burger Theory was really tasty for dinner. They are almost done with the remodel so I may stay here next time.

Hotel is under construction, only one elevator works, hot tub is broken, outside trash hasn't been taken out in 2 full days it was overfilled when we got here 2 days ago. The restaurant was short staffed only one person to bartend, seat, serve, bus tables. The only reason why I gave it two stars is because Donna is super nice. The room itself was nice and clean and had no issues.

Wish there had been continental breakfast, quieter lobby. But was great for a couple days!

The overall experience was great. The only distractions from a perfect stay is the construction at the property. The walkways were not salted from ice and the restroom didn't have an exhaust fan

The room was nice and beds were comfortable. The lobby was under renovation and there was no notice or announcement of this on the website which would have been helpful. The renovations somehow triggered the fire alarm early in the morning, so that was an abrupt wake up call. The hot tub was out of service and again there was no notice of this anywhere during booking.

Very spacious room and the burger place connected to the hotel was really good.

The hotel is great the staff was friendly. Be sure to go eat at Burger Theory CJ and Drew were the Bartenders / Waiters and they were friendly, kind and welcoming. I stayed here for 4 nights and will be staying more often. I switched from the other IHG facility in Durango to this one because of the restaurant.

The suite we had was very nice. The bed was a little uncomfortable, and because of the extended stay, we did not get house keeping service. That was a little disappointing, I had to go to front desk to get my towels.
