Our doctors help manage and treat patients with kidney disease to slow and possibly delay the onset of dialysis. They manage diseases in the kidney, hypertension, anemia, and bone-mineral disease associated with kidney disease. They coordinate care with interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, and nursing staff who are well trained in patient-centered care. The goal is to help manage underlying kidney problems to prevent or dalay patients from requiring dialysis. If dialysis is required, a variety of options are available to include in-center hemodialysis, home hemodialysis, and periteonal dialysis.
