Dunedin Plumbing, Inc

11/29/21 Patrick was the consummate PERFECTIONIST as a craftsman. He removed a 20-year old water heater and installed a new one that's now up-to-code and more economically efficient.

He had to cut, fit, and glue PVC pipe in order to fit the new one to the old fittings snugly. And, in a very tight space. But his professional and personal attitude of CUSTOMER DELIGHT and not the tired, ordinary customer service made all the difference. He even polished pipes and fittings to make them cosmetically pleasing.

He's been taught to respond to customer questions with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE which makes a customer like me with OCD very comfortable. He explained everything he did all along the way simply but thoroughly. And was never dismissive or rattled by my questions.

Hats off to Scott and Brian for hiring Patrick and giving him the type of TRAINING and BACKING that has made him an asset to their company and its customers. As a result, Patrick is very complimentary of his employer and truly feels appreciated. There's a lot to be said about cultivating happy customers through cultivating a happy and secure staff.

Called Dunedin Plumbing mid-morning, got an appointment for first call next day. Stone came (on time) and fixed the original problem, then took the time to check for other issues. He found a leak in the tank and promptly repaired it. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Extremely happy with his work.

We have had a great beginning working with Bob and Mike whom got us partial water till we can get re-piped. Customer service was excellent with our initial office contact and in the field with Bob and Mike.

Called Dunedin Plumbing for leaking garbage disposal, appointment was quickly set up. In less than 24 hours Stone, plumber, installed new a new disposal. He was courteous and efficient! Stone also provided me with helpful hints. Highly recommendable.

Unfortunantly our shower was backing up with water on a Saturday so we were worried about the “emergency” service cost. We called Dunedin Plumbing and got Patrick and it was a huge relief! He quoted us over the phone for what he thought the issue was and when we agreed he was here within 15 minutes. It was exactly what he thought and was able to get everything fixed. He was awesome and we would 100% call again if needed.

Stone and Justice with Dunedin Plumbing were here today to repair leaks in two bathroom-sink pipes, and check to avoid future leaks in the remaining three bathroom sinks. They were prompt, friendly, professional, and provided lightning-fast service for all five sinks.

I definitely recommend Dunedin Plumbing, and will call on them again when it's time to replace my kitchen-sink faucet and accessories.

Always use Dunedin Plumbing when services are needed. Today was to repair a toilet that was flushing by itself. Stone and his apprentice Justice were able to take care of it. Very professional. Stone excellent mentor.
