After multiple trips out to fix an issue that has still not been resolved, besides feeling “ripped off” and expressing this, I was told that they did not need my business!

Dear Janice, It always helps people to tell the complete story so they may understand the situation better. We originally repaired your water heater due to a no hot water situation about 3 months ago. You called our office this week and stated that your heater was leaking, we arrived at your home to find that in fact it was leaking and in need of replacement, we informed you that the heater is still under manufacturer warranty, but we do not handle replacement warranties for that manufacturer. We gave you the option of calling someone who does the warranty work for that company or we can replace it with a quality Rheem heater which we could warranty for 6 years. You declined to have us replace the heater, our technician handed you an invoice for his service call and you refused to pay him. When you called our office we explained in detail why you were being charged and why we do not handle this manufacturer's products. As you argued the point, we again tried to explain that you do not take your Chevrolet to a Ford dealer for warranty repairs. As for the statement that we don't need your business, that was taken out of context, and you know it. We do not need business from someone who demands work be done then refuses to pay their bill. With the cost of everything these days, nobody can absorb these costs. We have been in business for 50 years and love our customers and appreciate each and every one. Happy Holidays
Was told $125 for first 45 minutes of labor and $38 for every quarter hour after that. They were here 27 minutes, and charged me $165 in labor. When I called the manager, I was told it was because they sent out a young helper with their best plumber. They did not disclose this when I asked about pricing. I should not be getting charged extra for them to train a helper. It was 6" of copper pipe and 2 couplings, something that their best plumber certainly could get done within 45 minutes. The manager, Charlie, should not be dealing with customer issues. Does not understand how to talk to people with regards to solving a customer's issue, simply defends the family business's money, thinking that the statements he made explained this away. Charlie, you should have refunded the $40 I was overcharged.
Thoroughly professional in every aspect of their work. We needed a full re-piping of our home following a second water leak that required us to pull up all the hard wood floors. Dunedin Plumbing was able to schedule the work to meet our busy schedule and completed on time and we could not be happier. I would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
Want to give thanks and praise your employee Mark, who put in two new toilets and a faucet today. Quick, fast and efficient as well as polite and clean. Give Mark five stars for his job at my house today. Have him back anytime...he's a keeper

Unbelievably...I called and they arrived in an hour! I'm not saying that is always possible but it worked out great this time! Everyone is friendly and professional. Mel was a star! He did a stellar job. Thank you!

Dunedin plumbing did a fantastic job for us on a half house re-pipe after we had a slab leak. We got several quotes and theirs was the best and their work was exceptional. The best part was how clean they left the house when they were done. Good folks. Highly recommend.
