Dulles Kia

This place is an absolute ripoff. $125 for an oil change/tire rotation. I will never come back to this place except to do an inspection since that's free. Garbage dealership.

I had a very good experience here. Traded in my current vehicle and bought a new one and the whole process was pretty stress free. Maddy in sales and Wilson in finance were great to work with.

My husband and I were in need of a vehicle due to the gas mileage he was receiving on the Ford f150 he was driving. We reached out to this dealership and they were amazing every step of the way. They got an idea of our price range and what type of models he liked. We arrived with paperwork already to go, he just had to test drive and select which one he wanted. It was the fastest I've ever been in and out of a dealership! Their customer service was great! Making sure we had refreshments and at the end they took the time to ensure we knew how to work all of the features on his new Kia. Not only did my husband walk away with a great car, they gave us an awesome deal on his trade in!!! Hands down, I would recommend this dealership to Anyone and Everyone and am STILL singing their praises!

I bought a pre owned car and the finance team offered mopar protection plan which was higher than the market price. After realizing I tried to call them but there was no response so I had to visit them all the way by driving from NC to cancel my protection plan, and now it's been 3 months and I didn't even get the refund back. Again tried to reach them and as usual there is no response. The customer service is very poor. I regret doing business with them, very very poor customer service

I worked with Johnathan Greaves and was very pleased. I was buying out of state so I had a lot of questions over the phone and he always got back to me and was always available. Very good salesman I would recommend him to all that are buying a car .

My experience was nothing short of amazing!!! I went to another dealer prior to this and felt like they were trying to force me into getting a vehicle I didn't want... However it was complete opposite at Dulles Kia...I drove all the way from Richmond VA and when I got there, Jonathan exceeded my expectations he had the car I was interested in sitting out from waiting on me, he took the time to explain every little detail about the two models I was interested in the vibe was just right!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING HERE and ask for Jonathan you won't be disappointed!

Went to this dealership to purchase a Kia Telluride. Test drove the car and was speaking to the sales person about the car at his desk. Out of nowhere, I hear a manager say sold. The salesman gets up and talks to his manager and he tells me the car is sold. The manager doesn't come out to say sorry or ask if I'm interested in another car. Even though this is a car sellers market, it would be nice to have some human decency. I won't be shopping here and certainly will not be recommending them.

Great people, great experience. Highly recommended.
