I am usually not one for posting reviews but had to take a moment to recognize the great customer service provided to me today by Bryant in the Service Department. I really appreaciate his help and kindness.

Don't purchase a car from this dealership! Day 1, drove the car home, the key fobs stop working. Paid 1st my car note, next day was Thanksgiving went to get into the car, car doesn't work. These people act like I brought a $5000. Now to get the car running, I need two the batteries, now will have to pay $720.00. This car is a lemon. I think I met the lemon law!

DONT" BUY ANY CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!

I bought a 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from Dulles CJDR and they delivered it to my house. I found a minor issue when I washed it and feared it would be a major hassle to resolve it. Not so. Their customer relations representative, Angela Olah, did everything and then some to take care of me and made the overall experience excellent! I appreciate her and the dealership's approach to customer service.

If I could leave a 0 stars I would these clowns did a hard pull on my credit and got everything approved and said I could pick up the truck the next day I called several times to my salesman Jonathan Greaves digital sales manger he answered the phone after the 3rd time and said he had some good news and some bad news as if it was a joke. He then said that everything was done with the loan but they sold the truck and tried to pass something else on me I would not recommend this dealership to anyone shop around.

My salesperson Mike was very helpful. He was patient and dealt with my anxiety problems in trying to find a vehicle that fit my needs. Worked with me for almost 10 days and finally we got exactly what I wanted. Some dealers are charging a crazy amount of markup. That is not happening at Dulles. All the staff was patient with me. And since I like to talk a lot that was impressive. Highly suggest going and checking it out. They also seem to have the best new car inventory in the northern Virginia area for Chrysler vehicles.

If you head to Dulles Motorcars then you need to ask for Jimmy! He was honest and hardworking throughout the whole process and had excellent communication and customer service skills. He even went out of his way to help me by coming in on his day off. I highly recommend him.
