Dublin Mazda

We had an excellent experience with purchase of our new Mazda CX90-PHEV at Dublin Mazda. Keith Morita did an excellent job of explaining the different features of this car, and without any pressure he let us make our own decision. All of the management staff was also very helpful in finding us a model of our choice and having it transferred from another dealer. We left the dealership feeling great about the car and the price.

I had a great experience purchasing my Mazda CX-70 Certified Pre-Owned from Dublin Mazda (Harvey Autogroup). I had narrowed my search down to three different vehicles and decided to stop by just to check out the inventory and take a test drive. Troy Dunlop helped me throughout the process and was excellent to work with, no pressure, just helpful information and guidance. I wasn’t specifically looking for a CPO vehicle, but after going through the benefits with Troy, it made total sense.

The car itself is immaculate, might as well be brand new. There was a small door ding I noticed, and they told me to bring it back the next day. True to their word, they took care of it quickly and with no hassle. The whole team, from Troy to the sales manager and finance manager, made the experience smooth and stress-free.

Overall, I highly recommend Dublin Mazda and especially Troy if you’re shopping for a new or certified pre-owned Mazda.

It was really amazing. Staff is accommodating. I had low tire pressure in one of the wheels, didn’t have an appointment however, Diego was very kind and helped me get a quick walk-in appointment. Though it was a busy day for servicing, my car was fixed in a few hours with a complimentary car wash. Also got n Uber ride to & fro for home.

Bought my first preowned Mazda CX90 PHEV. I am pretty happy with the car so far. It drives a lot better than Honda and Toyota. Mazda makes really great cars and they offer alot of good value. I have driven Toyota, Honda, and Subaru vehicles...so this is my first try with Mazda brand.

One annyoing experience is the sale person told me their 7 years 70k powertrain warranty starts on the day I purchased my car but it was actually on the day the car went into service. I found this out when I was signing the finance papers. I recommend other to read the fine prints and not trust what someone says is accurate. Sales person apologized but nothing he can do for me at that point.

Great sales service from Elvis, professional and friendly from start to finish with no hard selling or mysterious additional charges appearing at the last moment (as you may have experienced elsewhere!). Test drove two cars before settling on a lease which was set up smoothly, no issues with the car so far. Thank you to the team at Dublin Mazda!
