If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company was scheduled through our home warranty company to come look at a plumbing issue today. They were scheduled to arrive between 8-10am. When they hadn't arrived by 9:59 and we also hadn't received a phone call, my husband decided to call for a status update. The manager with whom he spoke with was very rude. He told my husband that due to the impending inclement weather, he didn't feel comfortable sending his drivers out today. My husband told him he understood that but would have appreciated a phone call letting us know our service would be delayed. The manager then proceeded to tell my husband that if HE had bothered to watch the weather we would know that there were winter weather advisories in the area. When my husband asked when our service would be rescheduled the manager stated he didn't know because he "can't predict the weather" and then promptly hung up. This company obviously doesn't value customer service and we strongly don't recommend using them.Report
