We have been a customer for almost 20 years having on average 4800 Ltrs a year delivered. We have never missed a payment or had any issues at all. we made one payment late this year due to being very ill with covid and they have cancelled all our credit facilities and told us from now on all orders will need to be paid for in advance and they can only guarantee delivery within 7 days. Awful customer service! Contacted another local supplier who will deliver our first ever order tomorrow and have given us standard credit terms already.

l do need to state though that the staff at the local office were brilliant and tried to resolve the issue but were told no from higher up the chain.

Wouldn't have given them a single star had that been an option.
Having been a very long and loyal customer with a monthly standing order, I have been several let down by my last couple of orders.
Previously I was given a delivery date that was honoured, however recent orders have fallen far bellow expected expectations. I have been given false delivery dates and lied to regarding GUARANTEED delivery dates to the extent that the delivery was in excess of a week of the guaranteed delivery date. On the first occasions I had to employ an engineer to completely bleed my system.
This company have really dipped concerning customer service so please look elsewhere.

Appalling service. Take your money and then repeatedly don't deliver on the days promised. Constantly having to phone getting more and more upset with them. Incredibly frustrating.
