Dr Vladimir Grigoryants

I am incredibly disappointed with the results of my rhinoplasty and do not recommend this surgeon to anyone. Before surgery, he set expectations that were completely different from the actual outcome. Not only is my nose aesthetically unappealing, but I’ve also experienced over 20 nosebleeds since the procedure on 12/13/2023. To address these complications, I’ve had to seek care from a different ENT, which has been an additional financial and emotional burden.

Aesthetically, my nose is severely over-projected and upturned. My nostrils are uneven, the frontal view is not straight and has bumps, and there is no harmony from the bridge to the tip. It seems that bridge was shaved down but tip was not touched much so it now creates a dip between the bridge and the tip. To make matters worse, there is a small hole where the side nostril stitches were placed. When I brought up the hole, the doctor claimed it had “nothing to do with him” and suggested it was just a pore, even though I don’t have visible pores, and this explanation makes no sense. No one in my family or friends have given any compliments regarding my nose. They all say I made a mistake. This has emotionally and mentally scarred me.

When I expressed all my concerns, the doctor basically blamed it on my before nose and claimed my nose was “big to begin with.” If my case was too challenging for him, he should never have taken it, let alone set unrealistic expectations. To add insult to injury, he suggested fixing these issues with an in-office procedure to reopen my nose. This approach feels unsafe, unsanitary, and completely unprofessional, especially after everything I’ve already endured. Other professionals have advised against this approach.

I’m attaching photos showing how my nose actually looks bigger after surgery, as well as a comparison of the morph he created during my consultation versus the results I received. The difference is staggering, and it’s clear that he didn’t deliver on what he promised.

I cannot recommend this surgeon based on my experience. If you’re considering rhinoplasty, please research thoroughly and choose someone who is transparent, competent, and prioritizes patient safety and satisfaction.

Super thankful I found Dr. Grigoryants! I got surgery 9/15/24, before my surgery I couldn’t breathe well, I didn’t like my nose I had a lump & wide nostrils. The day of my consultation he knew exactly what was wrong with my nose & what bothered me without me saying anything. He is very nice & answered any questions I had. I’m a week & half post op from surgery and my face is not swollen or bruised any more. My recovery has been great. I didn’t feel any pain at all. I LOVEEEEE my nose now it’s so pretty! he did such an amazing job and I can finally breathe better. Best decision I’ve ever made. I never trusted any doctors to fix my nose I was always scared but I had heard really good reviews about him and when I saw his work I immediately booked my consultation lol I wish I would’ve done this sooner! I had an incredible experience with Dr. Vladmir Grigoryants for my nose job. He made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. He was very honest and upfront about what would look good and what wouldn't. My surgery went smoothly, and I was amazed by the results. Even though it takes a full year for the swelling to go down, my nose was looking amazing after just a couple of months. I'm absolutely obsessed with how it looks now and can't wait to see how it looks after a full year. I highly recommend him to anyone considering a nose job!

My experience with Dr.Vladimir G been absolutely amazing. I first visited him last March to get a nose procedure done, and I am thrilled with the results. I loved my new look so much that I decided to come back in October to have an upper blepharoplasty and lip lift performed as well.

As someone who has worked in the plastic surgery field myself, I can say with confidence that Dr.Vladimir is truly one of the best doctors I have come across. In fact, I fly all the way from Chicago just to see him, which speaks volumes about how skilled and talented he is. He has an excellent eye for aesthetics and always makes sure his patients look incredible without overdoing anything. His bedside manner is also wonderful - he takes the time to listen to your goals and concerns, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

I highly recommend Dr.Vladimir to anyone considering cosmetic procedures. His skilled techniques, attention to detail, and commitment to natural-looking results are second to none. I'm so grateful I found him and couldn't be happier with my outcomes.

Dr. Grigoryants is truly a magician. We did an online consultation and after a year we finally met. He looked at my nose and knew exactly what to do. He told me that with my face a slight slope would look good but i told him that i preferred a straight profile with a round tip and he respected that. The surgery was the next day. The nurses and anesthesiologist were genuinely so kind and made me feel very comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Grigoryants came in the room a few minutes before surgery and we went over what i wanted again. Getting your meds is extremely easy since there is a pharmacy next to the doctor’s office and your prescription gets sent over to the pharmacy immediately. At the cast removal your nose can be EXTREMELY swollen but its completely normal, you have to remember that it takes months for the swelling to go down. Im now 3 months post op and it keeps getting better everyday. You still look like yourself but you get the improved version you always dreamed of.

Very unhappy as I would need to consider a 3rd operation at this point. First was a septoplasty, second was my rhinoplasty.
Paid $16.5k.
Unhappy with the overall look.
Worse than before to be honest.
Cost and risks to fix are very high and may not yield a good outcome.

Very sad. I requested a second visit prior to surgery as I was nervous and had wasn’t sure about the look. Unfortunately doctor was in a rush and that is how I felt in the second consultation.
Also arrived late for the surgery and only operate for like an hour max

No support/ cartilage added even though I asked/ requested it. I expect my nose tip will droop more in the next 10years.

Do not recommend if you are a revision or a patient who needs time for pre-op with his/her surgeon.

Had a great experience with my rhinoplasty. Still healing, but happy so far. Great community with Dr Grigoryants who was able to answer all of my questions and support me on this journey. I was looking for a Russian speaking doctor to make me feel even more comfortable and he was absolutely the best!
