I love my nose it looks very natural. Dr Sajjadian did a great job and the staff is very friendly.

I'm beyond please with my nose the dr is amazing. And very nice to deal with. I highly recommend him

I'm very happy with my nose. It's been 3 weeks and it looks fantastic. Dr Sajjadian was able to correct my deviated septum and dorsal hump through a closed rhinoplasty approach! I'm excited to see it as the swelling continues to go down!

I had a Rhinoplasty about 20 years ago and the result was amazing. My nose after 20 years is very natural,beautiful and fits my face. He is so confident, expert ,responsible and kind.

I am so please with my 'New Look.' I feel so much better about the future now, all because a simple change to the features of my face. I received a chin augmentation. I'm healing quickly. The swelling is minimal after only a few weeks. Thank you Dr. Sajjadian

1 MILLION STARS if I could! It is currently November 16th, 2021 (4 weeks post-op: septo-rhinoplasty), and I would like to share my full experience with Dr. Sajjadian and his supporting team because I think they deserve the recognition: Maricela, Elizabeth, Karen, and the surgery center team:).

In 2017, I began to search high and low for a septo-rhino surgeon. Dr. Sajjadian immediately caught my eye because he was triple-board-certified and he had a plethora of good reviews and photo gallery results; no other surgeon displayed that many consistently great results on their website as he did. After the initial consultation I had with him, I was completely sold, but sadly I had to return to school up North, and I was unable to go through with surgery at the time. Fast forward to nearly 4 years later, in August of 2021, I was finally ready to go through with the procedure. When I returned to the main office for another consultation, I immediately remembered Maricela, which says a lot about the quality of his team. Once she brought Dr. Sajjadian into the room, I was unsurprised that his value of being an honest and realistic plastic surgeon remained. For example, if you bring in a reference photo, he explains that he will try his best to give you the results that you desire (more-so as an inspiration), but he will ultimately want the final result to suit YOU. This does not mean he is not taking your preferences into account, it just means he's not going to deceive you like many greedy surgeons do when they promise that they can replicate what may be impossible or unflattering for your face/body. Overall, Dr. Sajjadian aims to make you look natural and seamless, which is a goal I think most people aim for when seeking a quality plastic surgeon.

Now, as for the day of surgery, I received a septorhinoplasty and he fixed a completely shattered nose. I was extremely anxious before the surgery, but it was surprisingly PAINLESS. From the moment I woke up from surgery and throughout the first recovery week (apparently the "worst" part), I mainly experienced bruising and congestion. I never took any harsh pain medicine, except for Tylenol, which I only used as a preventative tool. I think there were two main factors that made this experience so easy-breezy: (1) how skilled of a surgeon Dr. Sajjadian is, (2) and how amazing his surgery and main office team were. Every time I called with concerns or if I had post-op visit questions, Maricela, Elizabeth, and Karen continued to answer with such care and patience. They all have such sweet and bright personalities, and I look forward to seeing them when I visit for my post-op appointments:) Now, four weeks post-op, my nose IS PERFECT. Although he said that I shouldn't expect perfection during the pre-op apt., as a perfectionist myself, I see zero flaws in the outcome of a nose that seemed too difficult to fix. They also told me I'm still swollen, but I'd be happy if this was the final result. It truly suits my face and I can finally see my other features. I have no doubt in my mind that I picked the right surgeon and team for my procedure, as I don't believe another surgeon could have done a better job than Dr. Sajjadian. So to end this long review, thank you to the surgery center team, Karen, Elizabeth, Maricela, and of course, Dr. Sajjadian.

Mancy is incredible and extremely informative. I am so happy to be in her hands, not only do I feel comfortable with her, but I also really value her opinion. She truly wants the best for all her clients. I just started an IPL and PRP micro needling treatment and so far, the results have been wonderful. Can't wait to see the final results. I will definitely continue to go to Mancy for any future treatments.
