I am a high anxiety patient in need of restorative work that my current dentist does not offer. A Google search lead me to Dr. Wu. Her website offered every service in- house, by Dr. Wu only. Upon speaking with receptionist Francine at length I was able to see the doctor within a few days. The consultation was everything I had hoped for as Dr. Wu understood how to improve my dental health and created a plan I could manage. Even Emily who gently took a full set of x-rays was extremely gently. I am scheduled for next week and I just checked in about a procedure question. Receptionist Francine immediately remembered me and my up coming procedure! If that doesn't give a new patient confidence, that this is an office where people care! I am actually looking forward to creating a brand new smile with Dr. Wu and her team.

Won't even give you a price range per implant on the phone. Want you to waste money for a paid consultation to find out it's out of your price range. Guess it makes my decision easier to go somewhere else. And yes I've called several dentist offices who willingly give a general price range.

Love going to see Dr. Wu. She's a wonderful women and explains the whole procedure.

Dr. Emma Wu and her staff are nothing short of miracle workers. My smile is finally back (just in time for the unmasking of our Nation). Everyone that I encountered at her establishment was pleasant, happy and understanding. Dr. Wu has a wonderful bedside manner also her attention to detail is impeccable. If you are thinking of getting work to your smile, she is the only dentist that I would recommend!!!

Dr. Wu is great! I went to her for a 3rd opinion, since I needed extensive dental work and the 2 dentists I saw first confused me more than anything..i had 3 appointments with them and still no valid treatment plan. Dr. Wu, immediately told me my options and what she suggested. She assured me she alone could do what 2 other dentists could not guarantee. We started immediately and so far my experience has been great and I am already seeing great results in my teeth. The place is extremely clean, and every one is very friendly and accommodating. Appts are easy to make and they work around your schedule nicely. I could not be happier that I decided on them after much searching and research.

Have been been very satisfied with Dr. Wu and her staff. Her work is outstanding. Francine is very helpful out front explaining all the options for financing. The office is clean and I felt safe, especially during Covid. I highly recommend this practice.

Excellent customer service from the front desk. Clean and tidy workplace. Dr Wu was very gentle and careful with all the work done for my implant and it came out perfect. I’m very pleased with the care I received here and the outcome of my dental implant as well. Very caring and honest staff that really cares about the client as well as their professionalism. Would recommend to anyone looking for any dental work and a healthy smile.
