I had an outstanding experience with Julie through Maidpro. I am expecting a child in a few short months and I usually just have Maidpro come approximately every 4-6 weeks, but because of my pregnancy and expecting guests I decided to have a deep clean done. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the outcome of the clean as specific tasks I requested were not completed. I spoke with Julie after hours about my dissatisfaction and she was kind, understanding and made sure I felt reassured that I would have the non-completed tasks taken care of and in a timely manner. I was throughly impressed by her professionalism and I will continue to use Maidpro in the future.

There were items missed during my first scheduled cleaning with MaidPro, I contacted them and they corrected this immediately and sent out La-Nisha the very next morning. La-Nisha did an excellent job cleaning the missed items, she was prompt, listened to my concerns and cleaned beautifully. She went above and beyond and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. I would like to request La-Nisha for all of my future cleanings.

I was quoted a time between 11am-4pm for my service. Kimberly, Amanda, and Anna showed up to my apartment promptly at 11am. Their demeanor was extremely professional and kind, they made sure I understood everything in the contract and did not hesitate to thoroughly answer any questions I had. When I returned, my apartment looked amazing! I am tremendously satisfied with their service and will be asking for them by name if I need to use MaidPro again. 5 stars, fantastic job!
