Deceptive pricing and outragious dealer mark ups. 10k dealer fee and another 7k of "dealer extras" you don't want. They want 50k for a 30k car. Bunch of scammers. Go to another dealership.

Edit: the loan issue sorted itself out as the dealership said. The claim that CapitalOne initially rejected my loan so they applied to BofA but then CapitalOne funded it anyway; they only sent the contract to BofA so the CapitalOne loan went away its own about a day before the payment was due. Given my credit score, it sounds like they applied for a bunch of loans at once, I really don't see how any of the application would actually be rejected. I doubt that they actually tried to get two loans going, it was likely negligence. Nevertheless, this cost me several hours of phone calls and having to decide whose word to trust and it was difficult to trust the dealership given the purchase experience.

TLDR: Criminally bad. They opened two loans (full amount) for the same car and ran credit 3 times! Skip this place unless you want to have to lawyer up.

The sales experience was awful, everything bad you hear about car dealerships was part of it: bait and switch, crazy mark ups, offering half of the agreed upon trade in value, pushing useless addons, you name it. The finance guy Abdul yelled at me for not seeing the point of the maintenance agreement and told me that the warranty would be void if the car were maintained elsewhere. Telling people the latter thing is illegal and they have already been reported to the FTC and to Subaru of America. That's all old news, we walked out with an OK deal after threatening to walk out twice.

A couple of weeks later, we start getting letters from banks. They opened TWO LOANS for the FULL AMOUNT. It's not one of those two combined loans because your credit is bad. My credit score was over 800 and I was prequalified for 50 k with my bank before coming in (the car was 31). They also ran my credit 3 times and caused my score to fall 40 points. Not to mention, they financed not through Chase as they promised but through BofA and Capital One. And they upped the interest rate on the final document. Not noticing that is on me but I was so exhausted by the ordeal, I just wanted to get out of there.

BEST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE. Worked with JEFF. Came in this previous weekend very unsure about the possibilty of trading in my Subaru Outback for the Crosstrek. These guys were very patient with my wife and I, took the time to explain all of the feautures on the new vehicle, also the best appraisal we recieved in terms of value of our current vehicle. This was probably one of our biggest concerns. Jeff landed us an amazing deal on the exact car my wife and I were looking for. Super thankful for these guys and their top notch service.

** Update, I recently checked my credit score/history and this place ran my credit multiple times without my consent. Stay away from Terry he is a horrible sales men and all around human being.

Terrible sales department. Didn't have any of the sticker prices shown, super shady. Extremely rude and pushy will yell at you if you question any of the extra prices they try to add on. Don't shop with them AT ALL.

If possible i'd give them negative 5 stars. These guys are horrible. It is clear all dealers are marking up car MSP at this stage. They called me and told me to visit them asap as they have some 72 hour flash event going on where they are giving vip employee pricing. They sent me an email with all details of my appointments. I rushed there to meet a representative who told me the minimum they can take is 10 grand over MSRP!! No sale was going on! If they call you with offers, DO NOT BE FOOLED! Despite these challenging times of finding a reasonable car deal, these people are horrible!

I called twice + email and they give me MSRP, and say they are able to give me some discount if I visit their store.

I called twice about the availability of the car. And there will be no market up.

Then I drove about 1 hour from the South Bay Area and then guess what:
1. The car is not available. First come first serve, and you can't order it
2. All car has market up, for a 30k cross trek, the market up is 10k+

Don't be cheated by their website and sweet phone specialists and don't trust any promise of them.
