Brought my car to them for a service B and was told it’s time for a transmission flush or something. Then everything went down hill after . My car was not performing properly like it was before . And it’s been in & out this place ever since . On top of that . Two of my rims were badly scratched up . And I have video proof that it wasn’t like that when I dropped my car off . But they are claiming it was . As if I don’t know my car . This has been an overwhelming experience. And I’m regretting my decision of letting them service my Car .Report

Absolutely do not do business with this dealer. I’m beyond frustrated and angry with how I’ve been treated. I bought a car from them, and their customer service has been an absolute nightmare. I’ve been trying to get a BILL OF SALE for what feels like forever, and they still haven’t sent it. Instead, they keep dodging me, passing me around from one person to another, and leaving me on hold with zero follow-up.Report
This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. My car is literally stuck at customs because they can’t manage to provide one basic document that should’ve been handed over at the time of sale. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dealership—especially from people like Rafael Gonzalez, finance manager Abir, and finance director Maroun Masadaq. I’ve been calling nonstop for the past hour and keep getting the same empty excuses—if they even bother to answer at all. I’ve even been hung up on multiple times. This level of disregard is absolutely disgraceful.
I do NOT reccommend this dealer. I bought a car from them and their customer service is the worst. I've been asking them for a BILL OF SALE for the longest now and to no avail has my request been fulfilled. They keep giving me the run around and everytime I call and ask for a sales manager they transfer me and keep me hanging on the line with no answer. This is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. My car is literally being held at customs because they cannot provide a simple document that I should have. Do NOT deal with them, and in specific do not deal with the associate RAFAEL GONZALEZ, as well as the finance manager ABIR, finance director MAROUN MASADAQ.Report

Every time I'm bringing my car for service the entire day turns into a nightmare. Uber driver 30 min late, repair guy responds if he or she feels like. Nightmare. So you essentially leave your car there, you'll of course pay multiple 1000k for the repair. The responsible technician will communicate with you with about 1 hour delay in responding. You'll definitely need a replacement car. They will not talk to you on time, which means that you'll need to pay for an uber to get home from work, then the next morning you'll need to get uber from home back to work. This is the worse experience.Report

I was having issues with my CLA 250 2014. I did not bought it out a Mercedes Benz dealership. So I decided to take it in for service. First of all once I arrived my appointment did not reflect on their system and they still took me in. This gentleman that I forgot his name(sorry) received me really kind and took my information and referred me to Evelyn Luna. She was really kind and noted down everything I have told her about the car. I did not spend there more than 30 minutes and I was on my way to work. For everything that my car had they took a video and posted in the portal so I can see it. I loved that I had never had that kind of service before in a dealership. Unfortunately and I said that because I loved my car it was not cost effective to fix it. So Evelyn referred me to Juan Galindo to see my options to buy a car. I left my car on a Wednesday and Thursday I was already talking to Mr. Galindo through the phone I did not had to go back. Until I went in on Friday to sign and pick up my new SUV. They all were so effective and attentive with me since I walk in on Wednesday and got out on Friday. They really took care of me and help me out with my situation. Definitely coming back to continue to do business with them. Thank you.Report
Was told on phone to bring my car in for help on my Mercedes me app. So I get there and Asian salesman says if not purchased there they can’t help me. I spent over 4k on a previous repair on a Mercedes I had serviced there in the past. My gosh I’m not asking for a freebie I’m willing to pay to get someone to help meReport
