It was time for an oil change. I got an opening in the schedule, and I ran from Englewood to Venice in the morning. I arrived before nine. They were honest and told me it would take some time since there were several appointments ahead of me. I had no problem with that since I had nothing scheduled. They changed the oil and checked everything, and the van is running very well for us. I toyed with the idea of getting a smaller SUV when we purchased the Pacifica. I have had 3 V6 Tempstar engines. They are bullet proof. Did not want the smaller 4 cylinder engines. We pull our flats boat. The V6 does not even whimper pulling that boat up the ramp. On the Xway and around town the Pacific will run as cheaply as a 4 cylinder. Douglas Jeep/Chrysler has treated me well.

Barry guided us through the buying process with minimal stress. He was very knowledgeable both on the various trim levels as well as the required paperwork involved with the purchase.

I have had great experiences with the Douglas team! They’re the best!

I checked in on line which was convenient. The waiting room was ok.
They told me one hour and I was out in 45 minutes.
I had a couple of questions about the vehicle but couldn’t ask them.

They cant honor their word and inspect your car throughly before buying. My brand new car had some small dents i noticed before purchasing. They said, " we will get them out" after said and done got car back didnt do anything about the dents. Said they would give me a free oil change. Went for first oil change and they wouldnt honor their one free oil change.

Bought a new 2023 Dodge Durango from Caden Hayes, I have to say it was a great experience. Very professional, Not your average pushy salesman, Understood our needs. Would highly recommend this Youngman.
