I have extended warranty for interior and exterior. The back of the passenger seat had some cuts on the leather seat. I had a technician fix the cuts and then needed to have the seat recoated. John Grube made sure it was recoated and took care of some of the scratches on exterior. He was very professional and made sure everything was completed in a timely manner. Thank you to the service rep that assisted me and scheduled an Uber ride for me to take home. Everyone was so pleasant to deal with. I originally bought my car at Douglas Jeep and have always been treated with respect and always thought I got a fair deal. I would highly recommend Douglas Jeep.
