I recently bought 2025 Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle from Cape Coral JCDR. This dealership is very impressive—everyone helpful. Jose Gaston is one of the best salesman that I have ever worked with. He was extremely knowledgeable all about the car — no pressure relative to the sale and he gave me all the time I needed to learn about the high tech settings that this car provides. It also was a pleasure working with Kimberly in finance. All in all, a very smooth transaction and experience.

Beware of having your vehicle serviced at Douglas.
My latest issue pertained to taking my RAM 1500 Ecodiesel in for an oil change. I drove the vehicle home only to discover a serious oil leak. I returned to the shop to learn the oil change technician stripped out the oil pan drain plug. A new oil pan was ordered and a week later a technician installed the new pan. Several months later a gas station attendant checked my oil and said it was low by a TBD amount because it didn’t register on the dipstick. I took it back to Douglas for another oil change and learned during this visit the wrong dipstick was installed when changing the oil pan. The dipstick was 6” to short. A new one was ordered and installed.
I won’t be returning to their facility for any future service.

Had vehicle in shop for 3 days! Excessive for the work that had to be done. One item to be repaired was window washer mechanism.
When I picked up the vehicle it still didn't work. Mechanic had forgotten to reconnect the 2 lines to each wiper port. Was fixed on the spot before I left the dealership. Service advisor was great (Mark, I think).
