Me cambio de esta oficina porque su personal, las personas que atienden en la entrada son cero amables y cero empatico con los pacientes, no hablo ingles y en mi mayor esfuerzo por hacerme entender ellas dicen no entenderme se frustran y hacen mil caras burlandose y haciendo referencia a mi esfuerzo por comunicarme. Me cambio porque por muy amable que pueda ser el Dr Snyder su peronal es muy descortez y discriminatorio.
I am moving from this office because its staff, the people who attend at the entrance are zero friendly and zero empathy with the patients, I do not speak English and in my best effort to make me understand they say they do not understand me they get frustrated and make a thousand faces mocking and making reference to my effort to communicate. I am changing because as nice as Dr Snyder may be, his staff is very rude and discriminatory.

Liliana, we are so sorry to hear that you felt uncomfortable in our office due to the language barrier experienced. The Dr. and office staff are primarily English speaking and we do not currently offer any translation services for our patients. We have several patients that communicate by American Sign Language, German, Italian as well as Spanish and we ask them to provide their own interpretation so there are not these kinds of miscommunications. We sincerely apologize that you felt offended that you were asked to provide a translator or someone to help you better communicate with the staff and the Doctor so we could better serve your dental needs. Our patient's dental care is our top priority and we cannot provide the best care for patient's if they are unable to consent to treatment that we offer.

I so appreciate that Dr.Snyder's office saw me so promptly with my dental emergency. They accessed the situation and he discussed a TX plan with me. I got scheduled soon too.
I feel they all really care. I have been a patient for over 10 years, some of my family members see him too. I trust him. I won't go anywhere else for my dental care.
