This is a great boutique law firm. Typical "billboard" lawyers run "settlement mills" where their objective is to settle your case as soon as possible for whatever they can get. These settlements are often for small dollar amounts so they don't have to fight with the insurance companies.

Patrick Douglas and his team here in Jacksonville and Lake City are knowledgeable, compassionate, and most importantly tenacious.

I had the unfortunate experience of getting rear-ended two times during 2020 and even had to have neck surgery. Mary-Clare (administrative assistant/paralegal) and Seth (former insurance defense attorney) have really stepped up to make sure I have been able to focus on healing.
