We couldn't have had a better salesman. He knew everything about the car and what he felt was a right car for us. Explained the technology so you could understand it all. *Update, I emailed the GM and was able to get a refund for the tax title and registration so I could register the car on my own. I purchased a used vehicle on 10/30/2021. We drove from Massachusetts to pick up the vehicle. We were given NY transfer plate/registration and was told they would register it in Mass. for us. (I asked several times since we needed it registered in Mass) they assured us they could do it and have done it in the past. It is now over 30 days later and my car is still not registered. I've been calling their management every other day and keep getting the run around. I've asked for them to refund me the taxes, title, registration fee so I can register it myself but again can't get anyone to tell me what is going on. What started as a happy customer has now turned into a scorned one. If you buy from here, don't let them deal with your registration especially out of state no matter how many times they tell you they can and will take care of it they can't and very unresponsive.

I have had to bring my Outback in twice because there are two spots on the hood that the paint is chipped. I have had to fill the tank of the rental car. This should not cost me a penny.

Jim was very helpful every step along the way to purchasing my beautiful new Subaru! Loving my car, just need to have snow tires put on it. Jim worked with the service department to secure me an appointment and ensure I get my tires put on as soon as possible, despite limited appointment slots heading into the weekend. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, making it seem like a close knit unit. The facilities are beautiful as well. Overall a great experience purchasing my car.

Drove 3 hours to get my car awful customer service won't return my calls car is still not registered after 2 weeks salesman has gone silent if you live out of state I wouldn't come here to buy a car

Edward, did a good job getting us a pretty metalic blue forester which is preforming well for us, even had it in snow already. Time even changed all by itself, hooray!

My granddaughter bought a 2016 Subaru Legacy and Justin Malagese was our dealer. On the first day I rode with her there was a noise in the front, so I called to get it checked out and was told that her rotors needed to be resurfaced along with a rotation and balance at the nice price of $738. Mind you she hadn't had the car a week when I called but they couldn't get it in for 18 days. So I put in a call to Justin on Saturday the 23rd and called back on the 25th but couldn't talk to him because he was busy, but was told he had been given my message. So here we are on the 29th and still no call. In the meantime, I have found somewhere else that will do it for a third of what they were going to charge. So they've made thousands of dollars from us because I also had bought a car in July and I can't even get a call back. So we will be taking our cars elsewhere from now on. Just a call back is what I was waiting for.

Fun fact about this particular Subaru dealership is that they will not fix problems with a car before they sell it to you unless it would cause the car to fail inspection. Things that normal people consider hazardous (bare brakes, barely hanging on bearings, burning oil etc), this dealership considers not to be a safety risk. I honestly wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. I have had some really kind people try to help me along the way, but the upper management is ass and care more about their money than the product they're selling. Anyone happen to know the trade in value of a 2014 subaru forester? ??
