Wow….just called to ask about retainer and hourly fees for a "contested divorce" and was shocked at the receptionists inability to give out numbers. She admitted to not actually knowing what the firm charges, yet she kept me on the line dancing around the subject. First, she stated that a there is a flat fee, which she didn't know how much it is, and then she said it's not hourly because that's "like $400/hour." Then, after some direct questions, she said "it all depends," "it's on a case by case basis." Which, frankly, isn't a flat fee, that's unacceptable.

Straight to the Point...

Since the first time I walked through those doors I felt comfortable. All my questions were answered. This was my first time hiring an attorney and the process was so simple thanks to Donn and his staff. They communicated with me every step of the way through my case. If I had a concern or question I would get a response right away. I would definitely recommend Donn and his staff to anyone in need of an attorney. Highly recommend. I would definitely be returning if a need for his services were to arise.

The Donn Prokopius family out of all the lawyers I've dealt with has been the most upfront, kind, good hearted, but very honest, won't sell you what you want to hear, he will give you the truth of what he thinks will happen based on his many years of experience. I had Donn represent me in my contested divorce after originally having a lousy experience with Half Price Lawyers. Donn was attentive and easy to reach by email and phone. Donn and his staff worked meticulously thought my divorce and as a result, I was able to settle my Divorce sooner than expected. Thanks Donn!

Donn has represented us through 2 different court cases filed by the same ex-family member. Each lasting almost a year. He is in for the long haul and follows through on each of the items that need addressed. He came highly recommended from a friend of ours and now we refer anyone that needs divorce or child custody help to his office. The last two years have been ugly, full of nasty accusations and lies that he has flat-out squashed. Each time we have walked away with most, if not all, of what we have asked for regarding custody, and other serious issues.
