Done Right Carpet & Restoration Inc.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars (he really deserves 3x that). John and his team are thorough, detailed, responsive, and very fair. They come out same day I called for an estimate, and they came prepared to start working immediately.

Unlike other companies I called, John and his team provided an accurate estimate before they started the job, and they are overseeing the job from beginning to end. Other companies I talked to said they could not give an estimate until after they start the job, and they said I would have to contact their sub-contractors myself to replace the flooring ... "they only handle the dry out."

John called his floor person the same day I called him and gave me a complete estimate for the entire job before he even started it. Now, as we are nearing the end, I cannot say enough about the way John and his team are handling our water problem. The final cost is exactly what John told me at the beginning. Additionally, Jonh's follow-up and follow-through are exceptional (weekends included).

If you ever need restoration help, save yourself time and frustration and give John a call first.

After an accidental overflow of our laundry sink that caused flooding, we were left dumbfounded at 11 o'clock at night as to who to call. My husband found Done Right through Google, and man are we thankful he did.
John arrived to our house within 20 minutes just as water was starting to come through the ceiling. 20 minutes! We couldn't believe it. He then worked diligently until 3am to get everything dried out- laying down tarps, drying out carpet, removing wet baseboards, you name it. He did everything in his power to salvage everything he could and get our home dried out as quickly as possible.
Over the following few days that we worked with John throughout the drying process he was responsive, punctual, and super informative as to our next steps. Because of him our home was saved from becoming a colossal disaster of water damage. Our repairs will be simple and smooth.
If you are looking for an outstanding person and company to save your home from water damage then look no further. We would recommend Done Right to anyone in a heartbeat.

I came home to a burst pipe in our basement in the evening. I called Jon expecting next day service but he was over within the hour and immediately got to work mitigating the damage. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable explaining step by step what needed to be done to extract water, prevent mold, and kill any mold/residue. He checked in periodically and walked up through every step. He kept us informed and always arrived on time for appointments. Jon also gave recommendations for other contractors to use to get the repairs done. I highly recommend Jon and his team, and will definitely use this company again if/when needed!! Thank you Jon!!

They were professional, fast, informative and extremely helpful! He was even willing to be late to a wedding to come and mitigate our unexpected water damage. Highly recommend! He also has all the contacts for what comes after drying everything and mitigating the damage. Excellent choice!

I'm not sure where I would be without the help of Done Right Restoration! They came right away to fix the issues I had when the seal on my upstairs toilet leaked. The tile was so old all the water went under the tile & I didn't realize it had leaked until water started dripping from the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom! The Done Right team worked so quickly & they even took the wet walls, ceiling, floors & insulation with them! They are very quick & very thorough! My insurance was a problem but John was beyond helpful! He also assisted by getting a painter & floor companies to work with me to get parts of the job done & he even did work himself to get me back to normal! If you ever need a company like this for any of the services they provide I highly recommend Done Right Restoration! You won't find a better or more helpful company!

Jon and his team were at my house on a Friday night within an hour of calling. They quickly and efficiently assessed our water damage, removed damaged ceiling, drywall and carpet, set up fans and dehumidifiers and explained to us what to expect with insurance company, and rebuilding of our damaged basement. They were friendly and professional - my husband and I enjoyed talking with Jon with his sense of humor and mutual appreciation of sports. :) We were so impressed with them! They have our highest recommendation!

Team was onsite within an hour of calling - completing necessary mitigation work within an hour!
They were back 3 days later and were cleaned up in record time. In the midst of managing a crisis it is critical to have people you can trust to call to help you navigate the challenges. I can't say enough about the prompt and professional work of John and his crew!!

John and Aldo came very soon after we called to handle our basement water issue. They quickly assessed the situation, then got to work removing the carpet, drywall, and other areas impacted by the water. They set up fans to dry the area and John explained timing, next steps, and what to expect & answered our questions fully. After they removed the fans, we had an unexpected concern and John immediately came over to make things right. We truly appreciate the fast, high quality work that was done and the friendly, personable way they did it.
