I recently purchased my 4th Subaru Outback from Don Miller Subaru West, and I couldn't be more satisfied and happy with the overall experience. I leased my first two, knowing right from the start I'd be Subaru for life. I planned on keeping my 3rd, a purchase, for a very long time, but a deal came by at the end of February that I simply could not pass up thru Subaru's TradeUp Advantage Program, which could get me into a brand new Outback for much cheaper than I was paying for my current model. I browsed their inventory on the site and immediately fell in love with a gorgeous blue 2025 that had just been delivered. I emailed them on a Wednesday, and I picked it up on that Friday. Amazing efficiency and care that they were able to work around my tight schedule. Dennis Riddle was again my salesman, as I had bought my 3rd thru him, and just like my previous experiences, he made the entire process personable, enjoyable, and quick. He knew I already know my way around Outbacks and that made it all the quicker and better for me, but of course he carefully answered any questions I still had. I was helped by Finance Manager Cole, who absolutely was the best and made the entire trade-in experience painless, explaining the financial process and paperwork so everything was clear, as Don Miller Subaru West does for you every time...no surprises. I thank the ENTIRE team at Don Miller for getting me into the best car I've ever owned. I'm Subaru for life, and Don Miller Subaru for life! Thank you for reading my review!

Highly recommend Anthony Marconi for your next car

This time I decided to shop around at the various car dealers in Madison. I have always loved my Subarus, but I wanted to see what else is out there. I discovered that nobody treats their customers as well as Subaru. I have purchased my cars from Dennis Riddle in the past and so I went back to him. He was as friendly and helpful as I remembered. Don Miller should consider themselves lucky to have him on their staff. So far I have been very pleased with my new Ascent.
