I put in a reservation for a 2022 ford lightning and they had the audacity to call me up telling me that the truck was going to be 5k over msrp. I said no I'll wait and then promptly cancelled my reservation.

This was the best experience I ever had at a dealership. My truck was in and out in as told it would be by Ray Landry, I will definitely refer all my friends to use Bohn ford for their service. Also the mechanics did an excellent job.

Once again a horrible time trying to get my car serviced. Never once was called for a update on the eta of the service & when I called no one answered after being on hold for over 30 minutes.Inconvenienced me, not only was I not mobile, I also could not have the rental paid for threw my extended warranty until ford evaluated. I waited a month for the next available appointment & once my car was turned in I wait 4 days until it was finally looked at. You do better finding a local mechanic that takes the extended warranty that you have. You get your car checked sooner & will feel more valued as a customer.

My sales transaction went as typical of any dealership. Didn't quite get what I wanted for my trade but they did meet me half way. I still came out ahead.
