Don Beyer Volvo of Falls Church

I love this dealership, they are professional, courteous, and do what they say. I have gone to others and have left scathing reviews; I felt like I bought a Ugo. This place treats you like a high end client and offers full service. I used to live nearby but I love going here so much that even drive many miles out of my way to take my car here.

Update: I like the service but every time I go, there is always something "left out" off the estimate. For example. I called asked about purchasing a new key, I lost the only one I had. They gave me a quote, called another dealership and it was significantly more so I called back and had to ask question after question, three questions in I find out our was another $200 to program the key. Why couldn't they just say that, why the run around. And it's usually this way with them. You know I'll need to actually start the car, just not just have a useless key in my pocket.

I was looking to buy a car for quite a while. I just bought a used car from Beyer and it was honestly the best and least stressful car buying experience I have ever had.

Natalie and Koffi helped me out- they were both amazing. They went above and beyond to help me out several times. When I came in to purchase the car, they had all of the paperwork ready and the entire process was less than 30 minutes.

The car itself was immaculate and came with a free limited dealer warranty. The limited warranty made me feel better because you know they are standing behind their product.

All in all, I would highly recommend buying a car from Beyer Volvo Cars Falls Church.

I leased an XC-40 from this dealership. Transaction was fine at the time but 7 weeks have elapsed and I still do not have tags, and the dealer has apparently failed to submit the lease contract to Volvo Car Financial Services, so I have no way of making the monthly lease payments.

I have been unable to get a response from the dealer for days despite multiple calls and messages left with the GM, the finance manager, and my salesman. I should not have to work this hard to find out how to pay Volvo for the lease!
