Oh boy, where do I start..I had a great experience buying a CPO XC90 vehicle from a different state. The sales person Austin and the manager Anthony were awesome, they helped me a lot throughout the process including my trade. But things went south when I had to do my state inspection and found that the tire treads were below the limit, 4/32. (In fact, I specifically asked for the tire tread number and it showed 6/32 before signing) So I had to reach out to their sales manager and explained the differences in tread level. Then I was explained about the Volvo CPO policy on tire treads (not below 5/32) and so i was asked to provide pictures with tire tread guage on it. I felt ridiculous as they don't want me to trust but being a common buyer what else I could do, I did get the pictures from an Automobile store and sent to the manager as asked. Since then, NO RESPONSE.. almost a month..

So once you complete your purchase, forget about the service here, you'll be scammed for sure.. Honestly it makes me to question their CPO and quality of the vehicle/service. Never had this sub par experience from my previous Volvo or Mercedes dealerships.

I'm leaving 2 stars for my great experience with Anthony and Austin!!!.. Had to remove the remaining 3 for the poor after sales' customer service, knowing that the buyers are out of state..

One of the worst service departments of any company out there. The service problem are too many to enumerate here!! Since day one! I have learnt my lesson to NEVER EVER buy my next SUV from Don Buyer Volvo!! Please be aware that when they want to sell you 70k car they will be very customer oriented but once you have to deal with their service department than that's where things go down hill. Try it for yourself, every one in the service department is very tense and stressed. I don't know what kind of work environment they have. Therefore, I think that toxic work environment is reflects across the board.

Excellent service. My sales person was Nick. He was very attentive to my needs and wants. I drove off with a 2022 XC60 Volvo. This was my 2nd Volvo and 2nd time purchasing my Volvo from this dealership.

Very nice facility, very clean and welcoming. Tracy Smith provided such an excellent customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had an amazing experience. Glenn was my sales man and he gave me every bit of information I asked for. He made the buying process as smooth as possible. The finance and management are extremely professional and went well out of their way for me. I also had a problem that was not their fault, and they again, went out of their way to make it right.
I highly recommend this company to anybody looking for new or used. I also live 5 hours out of state and was able to do most of the process over the phone.

Great service! During my trip to DC I ended up needing a hefty brake service and they were able to squeeze me in before my trip home. Thanks Becky !
