During my visit, I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Rak Hovart. Unfortunately, shortly after driving on the highway, the vehicle exhibited severe instability, commonly referred to as the "death wobble," which caused significant distress to my family. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Rak for assistance, I did not receive any response to my calls or emails.

Initially, Jason from the service department provided exceptional support and managed to service my Jeep promptly. His dedication to customer service was commendable, and it is regrettable that he is no longer with your team.

However, my vehicle continues to experience shaking issues. When I contacted the service department again, I was informed of Jason's departure and was met with comments suggesting he had acted beyond his duties. This was surprising, as his actions seemed aligned with exemplary customer service.

During my subsequent visit to the service department, I interacted with Amber Harrison. Unfortunately, her initial response as soon as I walked up to the counter was "We can't," which I found disheartening. I believe customer service should prioritize finding solutions and offering assistance, especially when customers are already facing challenges with their vehicles. Stay far clear of dealing with Amber!

On a positive note, I would like to commend Alysa Henson for her kindness and understanding. Her approach to customer service was refreshing and greatly appreciated.

Normally car buying is an all day, miserable experience, no matter how much research or preparation you do. When we went to look at a vehicle at this dealership, it quickly became apparent that this would not be one of those times. Melvin was the one that got us into our new vehicle, and I can't recommend him enough. Incredibly pleasant and easy to work with, without the typical "pushy" attitude you expect at dealerships. Zero complaints about this purchase, and would happily go back in the future.

I have not been to this dealership in many, many years. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the current set-up and staff that I came in contact. Stephanie was my agent. She was knowledgeable and helpful with my questions and concerns. Excellent communication skills as well as customer service skills. She presented accurate timeliness and follow-up. Based on her alone, I would definitely return for service. Very satisfied with my experience.

Great purchasing experience - no pressure, no trying to sell dealer add-ons ( yes, they are available if you want them), minimal time with the finance manager ( no loan required - and yes, lots of signatures), sales team very professional and knowledgeable about product and helpful understanding the tech. I have purchased many vehicles through this dealership.

I had a great experience purchasing from the dealership. The sales manager Phil treated us like family and really seemed to work hard to make a not very easy deal come together. I’m thankful for their hard work and professionalism. I would definitely purchase here again.
