Vicki in Service has been very communicative and explains the work well. She has been friendly and courteous. I had to address a few changes and had questions she was able to answer on warranty work. I appreciate her being kind and helpful explaining how the new service charges are charged and the warranty work is now. The world is a new and different place and she is kind and helpful to explain. My sales rep also helped me understand how my vehicle operates differently and he was also kind and courteous his name is Rak. Winter Haven Dodge is absolutely night and day compared to Lakeland Dodge. Please go see Winter Haven Dodge for a different experience.

Winter Haven Dodge Dealership is the greatest! There professional service members make sure your taken care of!

The financial manager was extremely rude got to close to my face for my liking and talked to me like I was a kid and I’m 32 years old. He was refusing to give me my keys back to my car after I asked for them back multiple times. I had to say “give me my keys back or I’m calling the cops” to finally get my keys back. They had me waiting for 2 hours before even letting me look at cars.
