I have used Igor and Doctor Junk Removal multiple times during the last 6 months (on average, about 1 x weekly) for my clients. They are always extremely responsive and often are able to schedule same day pick up. They text us when they are on their way, load quickly, clean up the area with a broom and take before and after pictures. I often don't need a full trailer but because they offer partial trailer pick ups, I am able to use them for smaller loads too. I won't ever use another junk removal service now that I have found them! Courteous, professional and extremely efficient. 10 out of 10!Report

Doctor Junk was very responsive (via text too, which I appreciate), on time, and quick. Then, when I realized I forgot some boxes to add to my pile, he went out of his way to come back that evening to pick them up. Great service and would definitely use again.Report

Great customer experience as I needed a last minute removal of my furniture from my storage unit. Cost was reasonable and flexible.
