Ditto Transcripts

I needed some relevant audio recordings transcribed for court. I am from Colorado Springs and the court certified Transcription companies here charge an astounding expense. I found this company online and couldn't have been happier. Ben, and Alec were very prompt to my emails, and questions. I was able to protect myself with transcribed audio, and gain more protection by utilizing these as exhibits. I was charged less than $40.00.
Great deal. I highly recommend their services.

I recently switched from a large transcription company where I never connected with the same person twice, which made communications repetitive and ineffective. In searching for a smaller and local company I was fortunate to connect with Ben at Transcription Outsourcing. He assured me that I would always have the same contact person and quoted me a lower price per page than my previous company. True to his word, all of my transactions are with one person who understands my needs, the price is exactly as quoted, turn-around time is fast, and the work is immaculate. I couldn't recommend Transcription Outsourcing more highly.

When I needed a bunch of written pages typed for a document I was very worried that my handwriting would present major transcription problems. Some words and letters have been virtually impossible to accurately transcribe and the transcriptions I have received in the past have required hours of editing. So when I sent the first group of pages to Transcription Outsourcing consisting of about 80 written pages with words and sentences scribbled in margins and pages of insertions in other places I fully anticipated a huge amount of editing. But when I received the transcription I could hardly believe what I saw, almost a perfect replication of what I had written! Very few words transcribed incorrectly and virtually everything I scribbled and inserted incorporated perfectly. I probably spent no more than 20 minutes editing the document. I was so pleased that I sent them almost 30 pages for a second document with the same result and will be sending them a third set soon. I could not recommend Transcription Outsourcing more enthusiastically!

I needed 911 calls transcribed same day for a custody case, and they were able to get them back to me in less than 2 hours at a completely affordable price (30$ for two files). Could not be happier with the speed of service, quality of product, and the customer service team who was very prompt in all correspondence.
