We were unsure of what to expect from Germany. Beautiful and Majestic country. Extremely friendly and safe.
We had a group a 6 people including my wife, our kids who are 5 and 8 years old, and my wife's parents. We are relatively active. This company is hands down the best we have ever worked with and this was by far the best vacation we have ever had. They were very easy to work with and all the accommodations were amazing. We were able to make changes on the fly and they were totally understanding and willing to accommodate. They catered the vacation to our needs including lot of outdoor activities and even willing to start the day earlier for my wife and myself to do some early morning hikes with our tour guides. All the hotels were 5 star accommodations and extremely comfortable. What makes his company even more amazing are the people we met, Christian, Andy (very active and crazy stories), Nicole (Amazing tour guide in Munich and we biked the whole city), Martina (brief interaction due to scheduling, but very nice and accommodating) and finally Martin (the owner, extremely friendly and playful with the kids). We went to a lot of local places (we wanted to this) including Andy and Martin’s hometown. They were willing to discuss whatever topics you were interested in with a vast amount of knowledge. Ellen was our local contact in the states and she was very helpful in getting things going. They do ask for a wire transfer or credit card. I was skeptical so I paid by credit card and was charged for that, but I would not do that again. They are very trustworthy. They go above and beyond to make sure your trip and experience is amazing. We have just returned from an amazing two week trip planned by Distinctly Deutschland they were amazing. They took our budget and booked us an unforgettable trip. They were there whenever we needed and thought of everything!!!! Will book with them every time we go to Germany in the future. Customer Service was amazing Alex & Sabine were like family!
