What a TERRIBLE company! I booked a deal through Living Social an arranged for them to come out on a Saturday at 2PM. First, they arrived 30 minutes late stating they had no phone number to contact me (the scheduler asked for it), and then said they didn't know I lived so high up in a condo bldng and couldn't clean my condo because they didn't bring their portable unit. I asked when they could come back out, an was told they would call me once they got downstairs (after having the guy complain that theuir company was only making $20 on the special). Five days and 4 voice mails later, no return call. I finally reported them to the Better Business Bureau (a 1st for me). Today (Friday), they called to say "Thanks a lot" for reporting them to the BBB and oh, by the way, if I read the fine print I would see that there was a $45.00 charge for crossing the bridge into Pinellas County!! It wasn't mentioned until today BY EITHER THE SCHEDULER OR BY THE COMPANY WHEN THEY SHOWED UP and I am sure it is retaliation for reporting them. WATCH OUT FOR THESE SCAM ARTISTS!
