I came here for a rhinoplasty and it was one of the best decisions of my life. The Drs and entire staff are so welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and kind and the results 1 year later are better than I could have possibly hoped for.

Such a friendly environment and atmosphere. 10/10 recommend. Everyone that works there is so welcoming, you can tell they are passionate about what they do! This was my first time here and I felt like I was besties with everyone I talked too. Catherine made sure to make me feel SO comfortable and answer all my questions! Absolutely love how passionate she is about getting natural results. If you are thinking about getting any services done here 100% do it, you won’t be disappointed. :)

MOHs surgery repair of basil call carcinoma of nasal ala removed the prior day by MOHs certified dermatologist. Approach involved a nasiolabial skin flap. I was really anxious about the surgeries and aesthetic results. 5+ months post op now and very grateful to have found these surgeons. Highly recommend for their collaborative approach, bedside manner, and surgical expertise.

Catherine was very informative on everything being done. I felt very comfortable with her she's the best my results are amazing!

15% Price Increase Faux Pas!
I don’t want to post a low star review as Catherine is INCREDIBLE! Many of the reviews here speak to that. She is amazing at her craft and visits to her chair are like coffee dates with an old friend. I get my Botox and SkinBetterScience skincare at DFPS. Unfortunately management has chosen to raise Botox and Dysport prices 15% - WELL beyond any inflation numbers we’re seeing - to $14/unit and $4.67/unit respectively. Half of the increase and I would have stayed but an evasive email saying prices are rising to injectables clients (why not raise your surgical prices more?) without any #s or details, was not a wise move. Pair that with excessive increases and unfortunately it’s time to move on. Again, Catherine is fantastic but I believe in transparency and my hope is that management will rethink their decisions in the future. Plenty of cosmetic surgery offices still charge $12/unit. This jump was too much to ignore.

I recently got a rhinoplasty and chin implant with Dilworth Facial Plastic Surgery. I could not be more pleased with the process, surgery itself, and recovery. The team spent ample time addressing my concerns and helping me feel prepared for the surgery. The recovery has been very smooth. I’m only 2 weeks post op and have zero bruising and very minimal swelling. I would go back to Dilworth Facial Plastic Surgery for any future needs without a doubt.

I came to Dilworth Facial Plastic Surgery for Botox and I am so happy I did!!
Let me start off by saying, Catherine is literally the Greatest Of All Time. I would know because I've had horrible experiences at other plastic surgery offices who claim to be the best for Botox. You haven't had real Botox until Catherine has done your Botox and I stand by this statement. The best way I can describe my experience with her, is like getting work done by one of your best girlfriends except she actually knows what she's doing, ha! Catherine is so personable, kind, and knowledgeable. I've not been able to find "my person" when it comes to Botox and just as my search is over, so should yours! I recommend Catherine a thousand times over along with Dilworth Facial Plastic Surgery. Allison at the front has also taken care of me and she's so sweet and accommodating. Honestly the entire staff is top tier! Don't mess around when it comes to your face, I've made that mistake before and that won't happen again. I'm so grateful to have found "my person". Thanks Catherine!

The entire staff at DFPS will take care of you from start to finish. The doctors give their undivided attention to every detail and are not happy until you're happy : ) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
