Hello,
I had my 2015 Ram 3500 4x4 in for service a few months ago. There were several problems and all were repaired when I picked truck up. My state inspection was due and that was also done. I have had Tom As my service advisor since I purchased the truck new.
Tom always makes sure everything is done and done right on my truck. Tom always calls with update as to how work is going on my truck. I consider myself lucky to have Tom as my service advisor. If I do call Tom he always knows what phase of repair my truck is in.
Tom never has to check he's on top of things. My truck is running strong.
Thank you Tom for always helping me & fixing my truck.

I just had my 2015 Ram 3500 4x4 in for service. 3 big jobs at once. Transmission, A/C and Heating system. I have a Chrysler extended warranty. Tom my service advisor really went to bat for me with Chrysler and my warranty. I am sure Tom spent hours going back and forth with Chrysler. But in the end Tom got my repair work covered under warranty. During this time Tom also arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle. This kind of customer service is hard to find, if your ever lucky enough. Thank You Tom! And everyone else involved. Tom, I really appreciate the extra you did for me.

I was a bit hasty in my review below per the service visit on Dec 29th. My truck was there longer than I expected because of New Years holiday and parts availability. Something I didnt take into full consideration. Diehl supplied me with a loaner vechile and updates. Tom & Tina are good people to work with. I have since gone back for service per a non related issue. I will post a review for that separately. Thank you Tom, Tina and everyone at Diehl in Robinson.

Diehl in Robinson had my truck for 10 Days. I picked truck up this morning of 11th. Day. Repairs: 2 puddle lamps, armrest console lid replaced, replaced cushion in drivers seat, replaced hand brake release handle, adjusted shifter. Very Frustrating. (As I stated above, I didn't take everything into consideration when posting my review, Bill)

Has service done, Only thing I was disappointed about was my new inspection/emissions stickers were just thrown on in a rush the way they are placed as well as a rip in the sticker. Other than that service seemed to have went good

Had to take my diesel jeep there last minute because Valvoline used the wrong DEF fluid and they agreed to take it asap. I appreciate them doing so, but it would have been better if they didn't make me wait 4.5 hours at the dealer just to tell me the DEF tank on that jeep isn't designed to be drained and send me on my way without a solution other than running the fluid down and hoping for the best. Also had asked one of the salesman about a grand cherokee advertised from deihl butler if he had any information on it because I was interested in it, he took my information and never got back to me, so I bought one from carshop instead. Also, adding $5000 (plus tax) "Market adjustment" to sticker price of new vehicles is grimy.
