Great experience! Aside from needing my annual emissions/inspection done, I’ve been having issues with my truck for a about a month. I scheduled my truck at Diehl because I’ve sent all my fleet vehicles there and never had an issue. First experience for my personal vehicle, I knew the bill was going to be on the higher side because I had a good idea what the issue was, but I can honestly say that it was a 10 out of 10 experience. Turn around on my repair was quick and communication from the rep Tom R. in the repair shop was great! He got me taken care with no hassle. Greatly appreciated!

AVOID SERVICE HERE AT ALL COST. (Edited 6/18/2025)

They do not even deserve 1 star but I couldn't choose any lower. I brought my new Ram RHO in today (6/18/25) for a tire rotation & the technicians were evidently taking turns abusing my new truck. I had an appointment for 8:00 AM. At about NOON (4 hours later) I decided to check the Ram Connect app & noticed that my truck had been driven approximately 20 miles since I dropped it off. So, I immediately contacted the service tech and asked for an update. I was told that the alignment wasn't done yet. I then informed the service technician that my truck has already been driven 20 miles since I dropped it off and that someone was exceeding the speed limits (114 MPH to be exact - see photos) The service technician stated that a couple of techs had to drive it to see if it pulled to the right in order to check the alignment. This is complete BS because they actually were using the launch control feature which records their actions. They were doing 0-60 runs at a top speed on 114 MPH and .71g acceleration (typical driving is .2g).

So, I brought my new vehicle off at Diehl of Robinson for a tire rotation & alignment check and they took it out and beat on it while i waited for 4.5 hours during which time they only completed a tire rotation.

I have been a loyal customer to this dealership for over 10 years with ALL of my vehicles service and have purchased a couple here as well. There was NO APOLOGY and did not even care that the technicians were out beating on my new truck for fun.

Best service ever. This place is so busy and still tries to meet everyone's expectations. Customer service is difficult and thanks for people who work through lunch come in early and stay late. I witnessed it and appreciate it.

I love my Jeep! Chris Kirk was extremely helpful and everyone I interacted with was friendly.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE. The sales team will tell you anything they think you want to hear to get the sale and get you out the door. One of the things they tell you is the “Diehl Experience” is second to none, if you have issues with your vehicle they will take care of you there and even offer a loaner vehicle while they work on yours. I’ve gotten 3 trucks in the last 6 years from here and have yet to have a good experience with their service dept. The service dept is somehow even worse than the sales team. They have the worst attitude instantly with you. They will tell you a date they are supposed to look at your vehicle and then just not look at it. Here’s the kicker, they also don’t even have enough courtesy to call you to let you know it is taking longer than expected. They will keep your vehicle for days and not even attempt to communicate with you. The moment you call in looking for an update, days after they said they would look at it, the service team gets pissed and acts like you are crazy for asking for an update. They will also put you on hold 15 minutes so they can talk about/order lunch (because that is the most important thing to worry about when on the phone with a customer). Speaking of which, can someone ask Tom how his chicken bake was for lunch on 6/20, hope it was delicious while I am sitting here with no vehicle. No urgency, no courtesy, shit attitude, and a complete lack of care from this place. I will NOT be back to buy a 4th vehicle from them and will go as far as telling everyone I know to stay away from this place.

We had a pleasant experience with the staff the entire time we were @ the Diehl Dealership. JJ was fantastic working with me helping me with whatever I needed to make the decision on deciding what Jeep would be great for me. He was very polite, patient and made the process happen smoothly. I would definitely recommend seeing JJ to help you make a great decision on your vehicle buying process! I'm a very happy customer with my Jeep because of how he treated us. I love my Jeep!

I'm very happy with my experience at Diehl Robinson. I didn't want to have to buy a vehicle right now but my Jeep wasn't going to pass inspection without way more work than it was worth. I was in touch with Parker since December looking for something used that wasn't going to break the bank. He kept in touch with anything that fit my needs and made the whole process as painless as possible. I even forgot a few things in my old Jeep and they helped me get them back right away. They never felt pushy or like they were making a sales pitch and I couldn't be happier with my Renegade.

If I could give zero stars I would. It started off June 4, 2023 when I got my used 2016 Jeep Compass. I desperately needed a car so me being 18 at the time went in with my grandparents and ended up purchasing the Jeep. I have had nothing but problems since. Last year in March I had to pay $1,000 to get my abs fixed by my mechanic and then i took it to Diehl with pictures of how rusted my car was that they sold me and I told them that my mechanic deemed it a Lemon because it literally looks like is was submerged in water for decades. Diehl said they wanted to take a look at it and they did and the claimed they did whatever one it from what the invoice said but they didn’t do anything. Moving on to now my car is messed up again for the however many times it’s been messed up since I got it and i’m stuck with those loan on a Lemon that barely drives so Thank You a lot Diehl i’m now about to be 21 next week with a money pit of a car that barely drives and gives me extreme anxiety when i step foot in the car. You have caused me such mental health problems on top of the problems I already have from this car.
