Great people and excellent service

Very good overall experience from sales with Nelson to the service team.

Bought 2 used and 1 new car from them. One stop shop for me.

Canceled my vehicle inspection and repair that was desperately needed because dick scott doesn't like to give out loaner cars for repairs. I was a loyal customer that paid a premium, I was just happy to get someone to work on my dodge ram promaster (that no one seems to want to work on). Now I've given up on the hassle of finding a ride back and forth AND AM GIVING UP ON DICK SCOTT AND DODGE FOR GOOD!!!
Edit: No you don't understand the "frustration" or you wouldn't have lost another customer!

Poor communication and predatory upselling definitely hurt the experience here.

Very easy process. Found the new vehicle with exact options within two days. Nothing went wrong with transaction.

They were all very helpful in getting me a new, cheap but great, car before moving onto campus. I had a limited time, about 3 or 4 days, to pack everything to move which made my time to get a new car very narrow. We had Bill S. help us and he was nothing but helpful in making sure the process was quick, everything was properly explained, and he even made sure to get me a license plate before moving so I didn't leave with a paper one. The new car has been loved so far!
